Well curated development with a cohesive design language which remains interesting (not just the same type of buildings). Not yet complete but can see what is trying to be achieved and progress has been made. Good central facilities including a large gym and concierge. Issues are dealt with but it can take time / require chasing. Think there are opportunities to reduce the service charge through efficiencies but there is an active community which scrutinises service charge expenses.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Good location close to the tube station. Good amount of green space. Sufficient local shops. Not too congested/busy. O2 has a lot of restauarant / leisure options.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The best places to park if you have visitors travelling from afar

What is the best feature of your home:

The layour which includes a walk-in wardrobe (very unusual)

Great area to live in

More window cleaning services would be great for the service charge. Great cleaners on a daily basis Dislike the fob design for building access for guests and the camera is too low down Also the utility reader built in my building was broken within the week of living here and no one knew who i should contact to get fixed and i have been living here 4 years and still not fixed

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

More variety of shops and i like how the doctors and dentist and local co op is located and so closeby. It makes things easier for access during isolation and to live in the area Security access is great where no other strangers can access your floor but makes it complicated for guests

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Energy companies that you must use i.e. BT for internet only and heating companies

Please share one thing (or more) which you would change about your development:

The fob design for access for your guests. There should be a button to let them access upto the lifts

Norton - Value for Money!

Overall, the Norton has been well thought through in terms of it's design for both interiors and exteriors, the way its regularly maintained and managed and how it complements its surrounding adjacencies within its locale. The simplistic and aesthetically-pleasing design features throughout the Norton have really taken into consideration the practical and functional uses.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

I've been in the Norton since the beginning in 2015, which was before anything else developed in this area. One element at a time, different community features were designed and built into place ranging from the Aperture building to the enhanced experience walking by the Thames. Oh how this whole area has been transformed in such a short period!

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Although my issues were minor, they addressed them with professionalism and were prompt and personable in providing their service.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The proximity to other nearby apartments

Quality is good, big balcony, spacious flat. Too many buildings, close together. I have lived here 11 years, view used to have an amazing view now it has been restricted. 2 bedroom, can't complain as it is a very nicely designed apartment complex.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Very good foreason shops, neare o2, convenient for friends to visit.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Parking is terrible. Expensive for guest. One assigned to apartment. There were permits first now none.

Friendly people

Friendly people and a quiet atmosphere but the area could be a bit more child friendly and could do with a few more play areas. There's a lack of free parking spaces and underground parking is not available to everyone.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Good transport links and it's close to the local shops and restaurants

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The river boat stop is quite close

Please share one thing (or more) which you would change about your development:

The kitchen doesn't have any draws, just cupboards
