A lovely village feeling in amazing area

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The North Greenwich area is amazing, there are many shops as well as around o2 and Bugsby way! Lovely restaurant around the o2 as well as Greenwich itself which is an easy commute! Transport is perfect, many busses are going, the tube station as well as uberboat.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Just a tip for new coming neighbors, ask for the exact type of paint, lights etc in case you would like to replace or repaint something!

Please share one thing (or more) which you would change about your development:

If there is one thing I would change to the flat it will be the biking area. I will replace the racks with a different type which should make it easier!

A lovely area to live in

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The area itself is amazing, walking distance to o2 and station, as well enough busses are going! On the other side there are plenty of shops as well, which is perfect! The only thing missing for me at the moment in the village (personal opinion) is a fresh bakery and the holland and barrett. Restaurants on North Greenwhich side would be lovely, however it is easy to go to greenwhich/cutty shark! The sand factory is not my favorite as it gives quite a lot of dust which is not ideal when windows are open!

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

More information about parking areas! As we did not had a car when buying we did not ask for it! However, now we found out that it is better to own one as there is very limited space!

What is the best feature of your home:

The kitchen is really amazing as its fully open, so perfect to prepare food and interact with others!

Wonderful place for families in London

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Really awesome location in London! Very close to the Thames river, and surrounded by natural beauty such as parks and the gorgeous Nature Reserve. Fabulous shops and restaurants practically on our doorstep or maximum 20 minutes walk away. Safe Bicycle lanes, but nowhere near enough car parking spaces. Super crowded schools and nurseries, we need more of those! Also a new GP practice would be highly beneficial, as well as a better quality gym within the development, accessible to all residents.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I had known about the fact that we don’t have access to a fob key to automatically open the doors to the car park...it’s inconvenient to get our bicycles out thorough the very heavy doors of our building. But hey, at least they are secure!

What is the best feature of your home:

I think the best feature is noise and heat insulation! This couldn’t be any better! We love the bricklaying, and the modern ventilation system is so innovative! Everything is high quality, from the floors to the stain resistant carpets to the door handles and shower facilities and all the taps! We also love the wooden finishes in the bathrooms, looks so cosy! Very well spaced throughout, and lovely balcony.

Very happy with my property but a few rooms for improvement

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

I don’t like how we have buildings next door which is part rent part buy. During lockdown there have been flats that are clearly just rented out for party’s.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I would have worked out if my balcony would have sunlight or not, it does make me sad I can’t sunbathe on the balcony.

Please share one thing (or more) which you would change about your development:

I don’t think would personally change anything, I have lived here over a year now and all in all I am pleased.
