Greenwich Peninsula is a special place to live. It offers an area of quiet in what is a bustling city. It’s so easy to get to Central London so you’re never far from it but can have a slower pace of living. We have shops locally for essentials as well as bigger shopping options in walking distance. River-side living offers great opportunities for community with areas such as as community bbqs, which are a favourite in the warmer months.

Don’t be shy to connect with neighbours as many people are open to it once you start to communicate. We’re very lucky to have good communication with the neighbours on our floor.

Hot water & heating bills are a bit more expensive than normal.

What is the best feature of your home:

The design, spaces, the appliances, high end materials.

Love living in this area, it has a really genuine neighbourhood feel. There is plenty to do and see and it is that perfect mix of quiet and feeling like a thriving area.

The service charge does go up each year, sometimes significantly. I was lead to believe it would probably g down when I was purchasing.

Please share one thing (or more) which you would change about your development:

I would love the option to pay for a membership to use the gym! Also some of the residents would like to be able to make the communal spaces a bit more personal between us (Change of paint, some pictures in the hallway)

Well connected area, the tube station is only eight minutes away by foot. There is a Tesco Express next to the tube station and another small shop just at the corner.

Council house opposite my flat has a lot of kids screaming, its a bit noisy.
