Great place to live.

Design of the buildings is very good. Everything is always clean. Bin storage is sometimes untidy but that is other tenants fault. Building management are great. Concierge service is always friendly and helpful. The main reception is a great place to hang out and get a coffee and the gym is good as well.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Close to great bars and shops. Train station and bus station are also very close. Plenty of parking.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Responded quickly and sorted the problem without fuss.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

There are a lot of great pubs around that are handy to know.

It was a good location to get parcels delivered to as well as your letters. The design is very nice especially the wardobe with the double window. I really enjoyed the kitchen and living being Ken togeyher as it led out to the balcony on a summers day which was ideal

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The Tesco and the pub is right nearby so very ideal and so is the town centre and the docks is lovely. The bad is that the furniture is all white and always look dusty

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes very well and in a timely manner as expected from them

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I had known other thin the halls were as there was a bad smell from other rooms

Lovely Building and Great Location

Olivia B (Tenant)

Jun 2024

The building is lovely and not overpriced. The staff are helpful, but we have had to chase up a few issues to get a resolution. We got the apartment in excellent condition and our neighbours are lovely. The amenities such as the gym are a great inclusion at no extra cost.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Really central and close to shops. Next to a road, but it isn’t too busy. Really nice being down near the docks.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The only issue we have had so far was with our washing machine which was resolved quickly. We were also allowed to use a different washing machine in an empty flat, while we waited.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

It can be difficult to get help outside of working hours as the staff at reception will tell us to wait until the morning.

Concierge staff are always ready to help, while property management is difficult to get in touch with

The development is overall well designed but the building is very humid and, following a water leak in one of the buildings, the commonal areas have been left without carpets and cleaning for more than 9 months. In terms of facilities the development is very good: it has a gym, concierge, parking (for an additional monthly fee) and even dry cleaning. Concierge staff are always available and ready to help, while property management is often difficult to get in touch with and very slow at processing anything.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The location is very central, well connected and surrounded by shops and restaurants. There is even a supermarket on site.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Concierge staff are always available and ready to help, while property management is often difficult to get in touch with and very slow at processing anything.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I had known about the issues with property management.

Homely feel with extremely friendly concierge staff

Homely feel with extremely friendly concierge staff, well equipped gym and lounge area with free tea and coffee. Apartments are well laid out, bright and spacious. Regular activities put on by management to mark special occasions and a weekly food truck in the central courtyard.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Wide range of shops and restaurants nearby with the Albert Dock and Liverpool One being a 2 and 5 minute walk respectively

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Any maintenance issues have been acknowledged and dealt with promptly, no complaints. The communal areas and hallways are kept clean and have recently been redecorated.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

If possible view a couple of flats in the different buildings as a view over the river is preferable to an inward facing view. Parking is £85 per month but its secure and there are plenty of spaces.
