Lovely development, plenty of parking which is a big plus and the houses are very well thought out in terms of space. Very well designed kitchen and all the bedrooms are a good size too. Whenever we’ve had maintenance issues they’ve been sorted relatively quickly as well

We’ve lived here just over a year, and love it. Nice parks near by which is great. Also very convenient for getting into Liverpool city centre but plenty of grest shops and restaurants much closer as well. Also not too far to get out of Liverpool and into surrounding countryside!

Have a south facing garden as we don’t get any sun in ours currently!

Lovely estate, nice neighbours and beautiful home. Managers are fantastic and proactive on emails to respond to queries. Everyone have their own parking space and estate has been thought about in terms of design. Lovely lighting too around the estate

10 minutes from Woolton village, traffic noise is minimal. Bin collections always on time.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Within a day emails are responded to & problems fixed with a proactive approach

The design of the house is lovely as it’s a new build house with an up and down stairs toilet, nice garden and room on the drive to park and it’s in a nice area close to my family and friends. The close is very quiet and peaceful and everyone is very friendly.

Lovely area access to shops and schools close by. Everything you need is close by.

The price of the rent as when I moved in I’ve found out people who have a much better property than me and paying less rent than me

To have a bathroom window as we currently don’t have one

The houses are so well built and thought out. There is a good amount of storage built in and the kitchen is of a high spec. I was worried that being a terrace there might be paper thin walls but that is not the case at all. It is very quiet, we don't hear anything from either side. Everything seems well built and of good quality. The only thing is the rent is more expensive than other properties in the area but I think it is worth it.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Location is good, close to Woolton Village and shops. It is quite far from the centre of Liverpool but only a 30 min drive or quick train from Hunts Cross Station. Halewood Park is nearby for walks and there is a bus top a 2 minute walk away. It is a very quiet and friendly close, apart from the pigeons!

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The only problem so far was with a fence panel and it took about a week for someone to come round to fix it. They are very responsive to email and the fixflo portal for maintenance problems is very easy to use.

Homes are designed for various customers; couples and families catered for. Good sized gardens and safe neighbourhood. Simple Life property team always helpful and responsive whenever you need anything. Really enjoy the community spirit that they bring to each development, quite rare that a landlord does this so thank you Simple Life!

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

15 minute walk from Woolton village with lots of pubs, restaurants and local independent shops to browse around. Local convenience stores within 10 minute walk for that quick pint of milk or newspaper as well as parcel pick up/drop off points. Bus route to the city centre on Mackets Lane, 5 minute walk and Hunts Cross Merseyrail station 15 minute walk away that can take you right through Liverpool city centre and up to Southport or over to the Wirral Quiet street, cul de sac so no through traffic, friendly and no anti social behaviour. Everyone is very respectful! Private driveway with 2 spaces on most houses with street parking available. Great little development and so pleased we secured a home here after many months of searching!

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Quick response, operatives come round ASAP and first time fix is always what we’ve experienced. No complaints!

Make sure you measure the rooms yourself, not all the measurements on the website are bang on. Each development varies!
