The development is a brand new one and is designed contemporarily. The appliances are all of good quality and the layout is very practical and straightforward. In addition to a wonderful property, the management team is always on hand to sort any issues we have. Overall, a pleasant experience renting with Simplelife.

The house is a small but a bright house, I have had a few problems with the heating and lights not working, which I am still yet to get sorted but overall the house is a lovely place to live. Close to shops and the hospital and very friendly neighbours.

We're sorry that you were unable to view the property before signing the contract - as this was a brand new site, we didn't have access to the properties until closer to the first move in dates, but you should have been offered the chance to view the property before picking up the keys to ensure it meets with your expectations. We also apologise for any delays you have had with your maintenance requests. As this is a brand new property and it is within the warranty period with the housebuilder, it is their responsibility to get the works completed. We completely appreciate that you are however, renting from us and we are working with the housebuilder to improve their maintenance turn around times.

I love the design of the property to look at from the outside however when u look deeper than the surface it’s not as perfect as it seems. Had a few problems management have been average nobody has gone out or there way to be anything more than average. I’ve often had to chase things up multiple times with different people.

As we are unable to identify you via Home Views, we would like to invite you to contact your Asset Manager so we can identify you and look in to any issues you have faced to date. There are a couple of general points we would like to address in response to your review. Often where the development is brand new and therefore properties are under construction, we are unable to conduct viewings until the properties have handed over to us from the house builder. All applicants should be offered the opportunity to view their home before they collect their keys to ensure that it meets with their expectation. Regarding the garden maintenance, just to clarify - this is a private appointment between you and your local gardener. Whilst it is Simple Life's responsibility (free of charge to residents) to maintain the front gardens, it is resident responsibility to maintain their back gardens.

Design...the design of the house is alright when you come to the sizes of rooms is very small .I used to live in 1 bedroom house when my moved to this house my stuff could not fit in here .the living room is very small I can't even put my corner sofa. All the rooms could be bigger than this by cutting the garden space. I would make the rooms a bit bigger by cutting the garden space. It's new house but the upstairs start to make noise when you walk on it.

Building and the garden area are ok but inside house couple think can be change for better like location lights turn in the hall way. Middle house have way around our garden and we have smaller garden area. Rest thinks are good or very good. Can recommended
