In terms of house design- all white isn’t a good idea! Perhaps darker colours to keep it cleaner looking. We also have issues with the sealant work in the bathroom. The house is lovely and warm with only having the heating on for a short period of time and stays warm! The design of the estate itself is fine for us :) however the garden turf is extremely poor making it difficult to have a nice garden. Management is forever changing so unsure how “supported” I feel. The outdoor shared green space is limited and not really looked after.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Overall the area isn’t great, the amount of crime in the area has skyrocketed since we moved in. The amount of children and teens hanging around is also off putting. There is no traffic noise however. Transport links are fab! A stones throw from supermarkets and cafes and a local gym. Lots of places to go for a walk / walk dogs!

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The management is ever changing and when we had trouble with the road been closed due to the surfacing there was no real support or help!

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The crime rate is so high. The fact the rent increase’s astronomically!!

The house is a cosy one, with lots of modern facilities including the solar panel, smart meters, security and zoned heating system. The house is well equipped with an oven, a washing machine with the dryer, a dishwasher, a fridge. The management is efficient and we always get prompt responses.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

It just takes 5 to 10 minutes walking to the supermarkets and local shops and restaurants from this house. There is a nice park nearby. This is quiet and clean. The off street parking is perfect

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They answered our calls efficiently and replied our emails promptly.

More pictures or even a house tour video will help us to know more of the house in advance.

Nice houses, slightly on the smaller side but well thought out. Good management, who sorts out problems quickly. The quality of the appliances in the kitchen are good. Good heating, efficient. Nice yard. There’s a good app to report issues with the property

Convenient location, close to shops and train station. Good schools nearby. Only single entry accesss but it works apart from school times.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Very quick response via the app, prompt services. No complaints.

The 2 bedroom houses have a small under counter fridge and freezer, which I wish I knew beforehand
