Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The development is opposite a country park so lots of green to explore. There are many ponds and parks near by, the development doesn’t have a playground on it but there are some a drive away. There are many fish and chips shops near and a retail park 5 minute drive. Transport isn’t amazing and I find having a car is ideal.

Area around is a bit rough

What is the best feature of your home:

The size, and layout. I think you get bigger than average space for a 3 bedroom house and the open plan living is ideal for family living

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

My area is very safe, neighbours are very kind. There is no issue with bin collection. Local area have a lot of good quality shops, it is next to local park. Is very close bus stops so it is good transport links.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

I always get quick respond and support from property management.

Area is very clean and safe. Generally I am happy living here.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Very pleased with the range of shops and open places. Everything is within distance - 5 min drive from the development. Enough car parking space on the street, no problems with anti social behaviour or noise

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Responded very quickly to issues raised and sent a call out to inspect property to aid.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I would say behind the gardens as when we moved in it was a mess.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The development is quiet most of the time and is just far enough from the bars that there isn't much noise come night time, while still being close enough for a cheap taxi home. There's bus stops right outside the development which take you into Leigh town centre or towards Wigan which is perfect if you don't drive. Lots of parking available as all houses have drives and most neighbours use them, leaving space for visitors outside the houses. Plenty of shops a short drive away, including Tesco, Aldi and Asda.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Some issues are dealt with quickly, some aren't. Other than that there's no problems.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The community spirit here is amazing! Everyone decorates their houses for Halloween and then lights up the street for Christmas! Plus, thanks to the development Facebook page everyone can let people know about events and just generally be neighbourly.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

It is not good for always change of property manager for three person within half years and I ask them to follow up the thing but they change the people and restart again

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

No. I ask to the staff many problem in house but they didn’t follow

I said the toilet flushing is not function well but no one follow up after change of many property manager
