As I said in the previous response the management of development is prompt and picks up the issues and chases up any issues. Only thing I would say is there’s no bins for litter on-site or anywhere to put dog poop

There’s a good selection of shops nearby providing you drive. There’s no litter bins on our development yet but maybe that will be sorted. The man I deal with if I have any problems is prompt with chasing up any issues

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They have responded quickly and issues are dealt with promptly

I love the countryside. The area is nice and quiet

Few little snags with any new builds but all fixed quickly and all followed up, design of plot is great and we love our kitchen Houses all look great, if move in early expect big pot holes in roads before builders are finished but overall love it here

Good location in between schools local villages and 15 minutes from town centre.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

All quickly responded too and organised, we had a hole in ceiling for a while but all sorted

Maybe be able to few house before committing as would have probably chose another plot but still happy

The development itself is quiet, even with the construction work. The workers are polite and courteous and the site appears to be very well managed. The management of the property is great, any issues have been resolved quickly and there’s always a quick response from the property management team.

Baberton Grange is a great location on the edge of a small village and still near enough to town. There are plenty of local shops and amenities, hairdresser, cafe, hardware, fish and chips etc.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They have responded quickly and always been very helpful

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I hadn’t seen the property before and the garden is massive and it takes forever for me to mow the lawn

I would recommend moving into a simple life property as the facilities are lovely, the properties are amazing and the house management are always on call to help you with any issues.

I love the design of our house parking right in front of our door. The house is lovely with a kitchen dinner and lovely sized living room that has doors opening onto the garden. I love that having kids I can just sit in the living room and keep an eye on the kids. Spacious bathroom and very big bedrooms love love that. Kitchen is fully facilitated with all the white goods you need including a dishwasher which made my decision of moving here even easier. We have a lovely house manager named Irfan that always listens to whatever issues we have if any and gives us advice if there is something we can fix ourselves or if a professional needs to come out then he does his best to send out someone as soon as possible.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

There are a range of local shops and bars within close proximity if you drive, 5 minute drive maximum 10. If your looking for restaurants to eat in they can be a bit further into the city but no further than 15 min drive. I do wish there where more walking distance parks and playgrounds to take the kids but other than that the area is beautiful, very nice and quite. The people around the area are lovely and welcoming, the neighbors are all lovely. There is a buss top 5 minutes walk from my street. Everyone seems to have their own parking so that’s never a problem which we are so happy about especially having kids that’s very important so I love that simple life made that easy. Bin collection has not been a problem since moving in always on time and lovely bin men. I’ve been here just over a year now and I have Not come across any anti-social behaviour the area is nice and peaceful. Even with construction going on the way simple life has built the houses you can barely hear anything from outside, I am a stay at home mum and my husband works from home and both of us have never complained of traffic noise or construction noise.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Building management are always there to help even if it’s an out of hour issue and it’s urgent they have people in place that can come out and sort things out.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

This is our first proper house we have moved into, so Just knowing small things like how to maintain the garden and fixing little things around the house that you don’t need a professional for. But that has nothing to do with SimpleLife just a personal thing

Lovely house in lovely location

Lovely design and layout. Our house is in perfect location with no overlooking neighbours opposite. Neighbours are all lovely. We have had a couple of issues with the property and has taken over 4 months to get sorted and still waiting. Building work still happening but doesn't disturb us where we are and they help direct traffic in and out which is very helpful. Will be even better once all tarmac is down properly.

Lovely quiet area and so far had no issues at all. We all enjoy living here. However is a little distance from the town but we knew that before moving in. Local amenities are good but not walking distance

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Has taken 4 months to get issues fixed but down to developer rather than simplelife as the property is still under warranty. Very frustrating but simplelife have been checking in and trying to chase issues.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Neighbour said they wished they could view the property to see size of garden etc. We was lucky and viewed ours. We wish we knew about sorting the gas/electricity earlier as we waited for them to make contact with us as we didn't realise was our responsibility
