Nearby convenient store, small park and hospital. Has got a bus stop nearby but rarely see bus coming over. Not near good public transport. Important of having own car. Still ongoing construction so can be bit noisy now and then.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They have got urgent, non urgent categories when dealing with problems. If problems can be individualized and more communicative that’ll be best. I needed up calling daily for couple of times just to get one issue sorting

In viewing the properties, staff who attended had not be very informative about the properties management process. He had attended merely just for opening up the door and let us have a look around. Wish staff will be more knowledgeable about their buildings

Quiet neighbourhood Living in this area offers a plethora of benefits, from its convenient location to its vibrant community atmosphere. Residents enjoy easy access to amenities such as shopping centers, restaurants, and recreational facilities. The neighborhood is known for its excellent schools, safe streets, and lush parks, making it ideal for families.

Before moving to my new home, I wish I had known more about the local climate patterns. Understanding the seasonal changes and weather fluctuations would have helped me better prepare for any adjustments needed in terms of clothing, outdoor activities, and home maintenance.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

There aren’t much local shops around, so we have to travel quite a distance to get things needed. The area is quiet, peaceful. It’s also far to the train station and just 1 bus goes through here so you need to plan your time around that if you don’t have your personal car. Parking is okay, bin collection is also okay. There’s little to no interaction between neighbors. Everyone just does their thing.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They’ve been proactive when messages are sent to them. And when we follow up with them on the building contractors, they immediately address this.

I do not have anything I wish I had known before moving in.

The quality of the house is nice . It’s really a comprehensive property . It’s just one problem regarding the public transport links . The buses are rarely come to our area .

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

It was good They usually sort it And they repair most of the issues

Nothing specific Try to know all the facilities of the area when you move

Loved every second in my new home. Plenty of shops nearby and places to walk my dog. Very quiet street with friendly neighbours and a lovely view of the Pennines. Unfortunately the public transport has been little to none in the area for a number of years but hoping that changes with the new development coming to the area.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The admin team have been excellent. I noticed a leak coming through the living room ceiling. However, the contractor/plumber hasn't been in contact and tends to just arrive unannounced.

That although the rent may appear high for the area, it is more than worth it for the property and how cost efficient it is.
