Good development but need a place for the kids and families outside. Why not a lake and a playground on the main square in the middle of the development? More trees would be also much appreciated and someone mowing the lawn more often during the summer would be perfect.

The place is incredibly comfortable, good area. Houses well built, excellent features and fantastics installations. I’m happy with the product.

Fire on the cook, bigger kitchen and a comfortable fireplace why not?

Kitchen appliances and energy efficient and overall spaces inside.

Good development, well maintained and it got lots of space here. Is a calm place to live, good size of house and everything is neat and clean. Lots of family and short walk to market and gym. Has a park near heat that is also a short walk. Have been here for over 2 years and enjoying.

Has a near park near here, bin collection are as expected and very calm neighbour to live.Nothing to complain about.

Often has visits from simple life and is according to their schedules, as I don’t know the person who is coming is not ideal. Would be handy if they offered more details

Is quick when required any maintenance. They keep visits to make sure is kept as should be.

While the exterior of the house isn't anything super fancy compared to some of the other properties on the estate it's still welcoming. However when you enter the house it's incredible, it's so spacious and warm, the layout of the rooms are brilliant and perfect for what we wanted to do with them. Building and property management are great as well, every time we've tried to contact someone about an issue it's been resolved really quickly, we don't need to arrange any checks at all it's done by simplelife who contact us to let us know when they've arranged something.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

coppenhall place is in a really convenient location, it's a 5 minute walk away from the local park and 10 minute walk from the closest large supermarket, you could walk to the town centre from the estate but it's easier to drive and it's not that far either. Our street is lovely, very quiet normally which is really helpful as I work from home most of the week. There are some families on the street and their kids are quite loud sometimes but that's just kids being kids. Overall I'm incredibly impressed with the quality of the house and the general feel of the estate

Not that this would have affected our decision to move in to the house, but the fact you're not allowed BBQ's or firepits is disappointing

Either the fibre to the property internet or the incredible kitchen

Design of the houses and development is fab, however, often taxis and delivery companies get directed to the wrong part of the development. I.e. George dingley close instead of Richard darroch way etc. Could do with a nice communal area, such as a park or field.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Public transport is very poor. There is a bus stop opposite the development but only one bus goes to it and there's no crossings to cross the road. Therefore, you're left trying to cross a very busy main road with children/pram etc and no crossings. Never any anti social behaviour. Lots of cars park on the street and in front of other people's houses instead of on their own driveway which should not be allowed. Shops and restaurants etc are at least a 15 min walk to 30 min walk away.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Nothing I could really say. The floor plan and video etc available before move in really helped us to choose a house and decide if we would like it. The built in wardrobe in the master bedroom was a perfect addition.

What is the best feature of your home:

The integrated kitchen with the washer, fridge freezer and dishwasher all blending into the kitchen. Makes it look fantastic and it is so handy.
