The designs are nice, they managing team responds to complaints quickly, though the contractor could take a long time before coming. The rooms are spacious. The buildings are energy efficient. The designs are family- friendly. The appliances in the house are energy efficient.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

It’s located close to the city centre. However I would loved if it was situated in a better as the neighbourhood is a bit dirty, has anti- social behaviour

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They’ve been prompt in replying, but the process takes ages-

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I had known about simple life earlier and moved in earlier

Brickklin place is a lovely development in Wolverhampton. Walking distance to the city centre, shops. The home is lovely, well built, and easy to reach managers. I have lived here for almost 2years and can’t complain. Complaints and repairs are resolved quickly. Overall a happy tenant.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The development is lovely, clean and close to major road links. This can sometimes make it busy but nothing unbearable. There’s parking on site, bin collection is done weekly.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Everytime I have raised an issue about repairs or any complaints. They are handled professionally and quickly

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Only thing I wished the house had was a garage. There’s no garage which could have provided extra storage.
