Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Excellent place to live with great transport to get about. We're close to train station plus a guided bus service called V2 which is very economical to use and takes you to the centre of Manchester. We have a thriving Town centre which covers all aspects of shopping. It also has very good cocktail bars and real ale bars. A number of restaurants on the main street. A very nice house which included many of the required kitchen facilities including fridge freezer, oven, hob, washer and dishwasher. Can't fault it.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Although we've had the covid pandemic which has caused problems for tradesmen to attend houses this has been dealt with in a very professional way and any problem has been dealt with as soon as possible.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Very difficult to think of a bad thing other than personally I wish the outside tap was on the side and not right at the back. Or the ensuite fan was less noisy especially at night but you can switch it off until the morning. On the good side drink in the facilities that each home is supplied with.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

There isn’t much around in terms of walking distance but handy if you have a car. Parking is available for at least 2 cards per house and on the street for any guests which is handy. However it backs on to a rough estate where people come and constantly try door handles on cars and front doors which just feels unsafe.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

As stated previously whenever I had an issue, organisation lacked an extreme amount.

The community at simple is really wonderful. There is a Facebook page available for the square and everyone is so helpful!

It Conveniently located, quiet neighbourhood, convenience store and post office within a short walk.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes, although we’ve had to chase up most repairs.

There is an AnyVan discount, they don’t exchange keys at the house.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The area where I live is generally very good. I do however have the odd issue with some of the residents parking. Especially when they have visitors over.

I don’t wish I knew anything more than I did already.

What is the best feature of your home:

The best feature of my home is definitely the open plan layout on the bottom floor.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

This is the 3 bedroom house we have been rentin from simple life for over a year. This is a spacious property and a great design. Most issues are sorted out quickly thanks to the property management team. The area is great with lots of local shop and facilities in walking distance.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

A bit slow recently but overall fairly good. The repairs are of good quality.
