The location of the building is truly unbelievable, it is enclosed in a private compound which makes it quite secure and quite, and at same time it is nested within some of the most remarkable places in London: Primrose Hill, Regents Park, Camden Town, etc. There are numerous shops at walking distance, but also the available transport links are extremely convenient should you need to go to the City, Oxford Circus, Mayfair, etc.

The big windows were a plus because of the natural light, but given the good insulation of the building the flat can get extremely warm on sunny days, so we had to sort out a solution for this.

Please share one thing (or more) which you would change about your development:

Even though the flats are well sized and have good storage rooms, I think they should have considered built in wardrobes in the bedrooms cause it just makes things easier.

Great location with multiple pubs/bars/restaurants within walking distance. The travel links are excellent.

Great full length windows, however being west facing can make the property hot.

Improved parking space for residents as this is currently restricted.

Mode is a great location, close to Primrose Hill, Regents Park and Camden Market.

Nothing to really add here, the proximity to the train really isn't noticeable.

Possibly checking into the commercial units, but still TBD.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The area could not be better- only a 3-5 min walk from Camden Town Tube Station, Camden High Street, Camden Markets and Camden Locks! Also less than 10min walk to Regents Park. It is so close to the lively, vibrant and artistic town centre with so much to do and eat, whilst being in a quieter residential street.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Not had to raise any issues with building management yet

Check exactly which appliances are included in your specific flat, as the brochure just mentions them all but actual appliances vary per flat e.g. mine doesn't include a microwave, others don't have a full air extraction system etc.
