It’s a very well designed building that is strong and sturdy. The concierge team are great, and the service is perfect. I really like the concierge team who are always on hand. There’s a fab community Facebook group too of everyone who lives in the building - very helpful.

Very central location, excellent concierge service

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I’d recommend checking on the water to the flat as there’s been issues with others since I’ve been here but none for me.

What is the best feature of your home:

The balcony is huge, very spacious. I also really like the gym which is big and never busy.

Very nice and good place to live. Very close to major shops and town center. 5 min from Ilford station. All local and bus stops close by. Access to open garden but it very limited which isnt the best but its okay
