Worse place to live, Don’t Buy

Li yong (Owner)

Jun 2024

Their management are completely incompetent to run the place, despite high cost of service charge the place has become a dump. Rubbish everywhere, dog poo, urine, drunks, drug users and drug dealing. Council estate neighbours within the development doing drugs and fighting.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Chelsea Creek use to be good, the entire estate has become a nightmare. Regular drug dealings, dog poo everywhere, people urinating on the grounds of the estate. Cleaners do properly clean. They have now build housing estate flats inside Chelsea Creek bringing drug dealers and drug users to the properties. Regular fightings, dangerous dogs being allowed into the property from the neighbouring council/housing estates. People smoking weed, food smell coming into the flats. Leaks and so on.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Yes, no one told us that there would be a shared council estate flats within the development

What is the best feature of your home:

Nothing, standard compared to many other developments

Selling up

Luke (Owner)

Jun 2022

Parking, we have right to park, unfortunately it is a big mess. I can never find parking, it has become a nightmare, I have received parking tickets, and I legally have a space, We are selling our property parking is the reason.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The area is ok, you are very near the river. Transport links are decent no underground but we do have overground.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Unresponsive when it comes to parking, we have complained to them but never had a response, we have up. As there seems to be a lack of response from building management we decided to sell up. Lucky we found a buyer are are due to complete contracts hence this poor review .

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The parking problem, and noise at times from the trains.

Brilliant community

Haoyang Li (Owner)

Jul 2019

Chelsea Creek is a model community developed by Berkeley group, which is one of most famous property developers in UK. I was attracted by the environment and the design of the building the first time I visited it. The whole community is surrounded by a canal whose water comes from the Chelsea Creek. Besides, there is enough green space in the community. The facility is also brilliant including swimming pool, gym, sauna and 24 hours concierge. Chelsea Creek is just 3 mins far away from the Thames River so it is convenient to walk along the riverside.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The frequency of overground is not enough

Lovely but not the ground floor

A reviewer (Tenant)

Mar 2018

We do like our flat and the Chelsea Creek area but regret renting a ground floor. We thought the ladder to the floating deck would be fun but we haven't really used it and instead have felt a little exposed with the footpath running past our balcony. If we had a flat a floor or two higher I think we would have used the balcony more as you are less looked in on by those walking by and our flat is a route many residents use to get to the station. The communal areas are great and the team here maintain the gardens and everything beautifully.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Not to get a ground floor flat near a path everyone would walk past
