Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Chelsea Creek use to be good, the entire estate has become a nightmare. Regular drug dealings, dog poo everywhere, people urinating on the grounds of the estate. Cleaners do properly clean. They have now build housing estate flats inside Chelsea Creek bringing drug dealers and drug users to the properties. Regular fightings, dangerous dogs being allowed into the property from the neighbouring council/housing estates. People smoking weed, food smell coming into the flats. Leaks and so on.

Yes, no one told us that there would be a shared council estate flats within the development

Nothing, standard compared to many other developments

Great local area to live in. Lots of good restaurants and cafe. The river is so nice to live on, and is very quiet considering the development is just off a main road.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Management have responded in a timely manner and tried to help with any concerns we have as quickly as possible. Their maintenance team have been great in fixing a few teething problems since we first moved in.

To be honest these isn't anything I wished we'd known prior to move in!

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
We moved to Octavia house in April (these reviews were a big reason why) and I want to say that even though the location is great, accessibility is great with bus stops and overground, there’s a Tesco right downstairs and a Sainsbury’s close by, and It’s also very quiet and peaceful, this is all completely ruined by the HORRIBLE property management by Lionsgate!! WORST experience working with this AWFUL team. I do recommend the area, it’s lovely, but MAKE SURE not to work with Lionsgate property management, they’re the absolute WORST.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
That the property management is nonexistent and AWFUL. They couldn’t care less about the issues you have from the DAY of moving in.
What is the best feature of your home:
The location. It’s peaceful, clean, and it’s very easy to get around with the bus stop and overground right there.

The street is very peaceful, the view is amazing, there is little traffic noice from the bridge nearby, but that is the only bad aspect of the property. The bin collections are very convenient. The concierge is very welcome and helpful.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Very quickly, very convenient, they explained me everything and were very polite
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I didn't know about the water quality, it is doesnt mean the water is bad, no, it is just special and there is nothing you can do with it (the white spots everywhere) due to lime.

The local area is fine. A lot of eating places, a lot of supermarkets. Great communications to Central London, Clapham Junction, Shepherd's Bush etc.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
They don't seem to be interested. As a matter of principle.

Heating. It's a brand new flat and I'm freezing in the winter.
