Where the apartment is located is an excellent location considering the proximity to the town center, the train station and the M4 motorway which is a short dive away. At the same time it is away from the noise of the town Centre. The neighborhood has felt safe as well.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They are quite responsive when yiu reach out for any issues.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Nothing in particular as they were quite transparent before we signed the contract.

The best thing about this property is the management team. I would like to give a shout out to Sajid who has always been available for me whenever I have asked for any help. All the members of the team - Sajid, Ha, Kiran & Inga are all very kind and have been doing an exceptional job managing the property.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The management has been quite responsive. They arrange visits for the issues as soon as it’s highlighted.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Just 3 mins walk to Hays & Harrington station of Elizabeth line, around 20 mins travel to Central London, very convenient. Walk 5-10 mins to High Street, with library, gym, swimming pool, grocery shops, bars, supermarkets, restaurants, cafes and even 3 NHS clinics nearby. With own private car park rent to the tenants. In addition to the 40+ sheltered parking slots from a Council Parking just outside, parking shouldn’t be a problem. Bin collection and the overall building management is excellent, tidy snd clean in common areas.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The response time is quick which is normally within the same day to get the issue addressed or even fixed, appreciated it much.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Have a look at the top roof common BBQ area, you would be surprised.

The closest high street is Hayes town which is not good, dirty and crowded. There are no good resturants chains. Plenty of parks and greenery. Transportation is connected well and within reach. There is sound of transport throughout the day.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They generally don't respond well and timely. The rent increase is meaningless and untimely as well.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The mattress quality poor. It deformed in just a few days of use.

Facilities are fantastic. I absolutely love 10th floor roof terrace , the design is refreshing and I particularly appreciate the sun loungers, parasols and outdoor seating spaces. The communal co-working space is lovely too. The team are extremely helpful and kind, making sure everyone is well looked after.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The manager Ha always available to answer my many queries. Issues sort as soon as I raise them.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I didn't know the landlord throwing party for tenants. Thats the first :)
