Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The street is very peaceful, the view is amazing, there is little traffic noice from the bridge nearby, but that is the only bad aspect of the property. The bin collections are very convenient. The concierge is very welcome and helpful.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Very quickly, very convenient, they explained me everything and were very polite

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I didn't know about the water quality, it is doesnt mean the water is bad, no, it is just special and there is nothing you can do with it (the white spots everywhere) due to lime.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

I love living here, it’s out of the way and my flat is beautiful. I moved because it was quiet but unfortunately there are groups of children under 10 (about 10-15 of them) always running around screaming unsupervised. I can even hear it through the sound proof glass. It’s not enjoyable to sit in the gardens on a nice day as the kids are left to their own devices by the parents. I have complained to the front office but nothing gets done so I am just pleased I didn’t buy in this complex as it’s not something you would be aware of!

Noisy children which makes it hard to work and concentrate.

Better noise insulation or better management of the unsupervised children.

It’s quiet, and I don’t dislike anything.

Nothing I did my research before moving in.

I like the view, the location as a whole. The quietness. I dislike that why haven’t finished the area. Too many bugs! Because of the river. It can be loud from the helicopters!!

Service charge! How high it would be.

Be able to put bbq on the balcony, that would be nice.

This area is very nice, safe. My house is right next to Sainsbury’s. There’s many good schools locally which I take my little one.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Building management respond to problems immediately, for example I had a problem with the ceiling that was leaking, and the next day someone was being to fix the issue. I cannot fault
