A well-situated, modern development with good access to the city

A well-situated, modern development with good access to the city. The properties are very energy efficient, with no gas connection, and communal boilers/heating systems, the EPC rating for my apartment is a B, which is about as good as it gets.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

One of very few London developments to have direct access to a large park space. Whilst a 15 minute walk away from the nearest DLR station(s), this is more than made up for by the park, local amenities and community in general.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The management company have certainly had teething problems, though overall most of the development is being kept in acceptable condition.

That the aftercare once you've purchased is DIRE.

Look nice and green plants at front but what about parking. Also when cars up our drives we are unable to pull out due to parked cars no consideration to previous Tenants . Play areas needs as broken park and families in flats one bedrooms or 2 but family’s in flats with no play area. Traffic lights and dusty cars and windows through out building

The parking has become very difficult as I understand parking is very expensive also what development as been made to our local park and we’re are all these family’s in flats/apartments going to play .

The apartment we purchased was designed well with a modern, white theme which can be furnished according to all tastes. Having the extra bathroom is also an added bonus which is not available in a lot of new builds. The management company currently overseeing the development have some good systems in place too.

The closest bus stop is within walking distance as well as local supermarkets. There is a park nearby which is lovely for summer walks.

We wish we had known more about the building being completed opposite is which we will change our current view.

What is the best feature of your home:

The best feature is the balcony which overlooks the park!

Beautiful residential building

The development has been planned in harmony with the surrounding area. Some of the buildings do not exceed 3 storeys which gives a sense of residential area without making the whole development a massive conglomerate of flats. I had some defects in my flat but those have been repaired immediately.

Quiet residential area with a pretty local park at 1 minute from your doorsteps.

The hot water system and the consumption should have been explained in a clearer way.

The way the walls have been built which makes difficult to hang any picture frame due to the nature of the panels and the presence of metal brackets
