Good things: - small development with nice neighbourly feel - two door locks to get into the building - clean and well kept communal areas - huge windows, loads of natural light - two spacious balconies Bad things: - bike sheds don't have enough bike storage (6 racks = 12 bikes for ~24 flats in East London where everyone cycles!!) - The balconies directly facing other balconies don't bother us hugely because we have two balconies but for flats with one balcony to have no view other than another balcony is bad design - the layout of the kitchen/living room was tricky to us to put furniture in

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The area has lots of green space, shops, restaurants and bars. It is well connected for cyclists and has buses and tube connections too. The street is quiet and peaceful for the most part, though there has been some antisocial behaviour and two car crashes at the end of the street. Traffic noise is very low.

how little bike space there would be (less than one bike rack per 3 people)
