Don't go into a shared ownership agreement with Optivo. It will ruin you future property investment.

Optivo are terrible as building managers. We have been trying to sell the property for more than 6 months now and they won't let us. They own 75% and are refusing to list the property due to the new cladding rules which don't actually apply to this block due to it being too low.

Great area, 4 minutes to East Croydon station. Quite area as well with no trouble close by. We have large skips as bins so there's always room

With little to no response until we got a local MP involved
