Okay design and favourite part of facilities is bike storage - unheard of in London! Three storage rooms for the whole block which is great Very poor building and property management - has been very disappointing Lack of after care and very poor communication from southern housing to residents

Brilliant location, easy access to tube and other transport. Shops nearby and lots to do around here Some anti social behaviour due to security issues on site Not much traffic noise Have been some bin collection issues but that is due to errors from development and security

How bad the property and building management would be and how many issues would come up
