Amazing development 2 mins from the beach, I never would have dreamed I could have a property this well developed. Property Management is seen as poor by some tenants but I have always had a positive response. Building does also have a lot of salt buildup on balcony’s and I fear that this will become a problem for the tenants if not kept on top off and managed by the property management company leading to higher service charges.

The building has all the modern facilities, including but not exclusive a key card entry system, a lift, soundproofing and underfloor heating. The building interior is regularly cleaned and well maintained,as is the outside courtyard and gardens. I just wish that our landlord were as competent as the subcontractors
