Nice Area but I need more value for money

Property management is lacking. Repairs take months to fix and the grounds are not kept as well satisfactorily. I don't think the service charge is value for money. Parking needs more regulations as people park in the development to go to the train station and that needs serious restrictions. I struggle to get in and out with my vehicle at times and its not fair

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Nice development. Lots of great spaces around. Quiet area and close to the airports when I need to travel. Great transport links.

Noise levels of people above me and how the external building including windows would be maintained

What is the best feature of your home:

Good layout and Quiet Area and close to the high street for all needs
