Generally the buildings are new and of varying design, which gives the development less of a 'planned' look and makes it more architecturally interesting to walk around the area. There are gyms and pools in a few of the buildings, but these however require additional memberships to use. The concierge service is great for deliveries and general building security.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

I absolutely love living close to the river and having my morning coffee watching rowers on the water. Hopefully there will be more shops and restaurants/cafes opening in the future, but we have coffee and pubs and a sainsbury local in the development, so the essentials are covered. It is a bit of a walk to get to a tube station, but we now have a bus coming through the development and uber boats just down the pier.

Information about the heating system and that water supply and water heating is from 2 separate companies.

What is the best feature of your home:

Hopefully I'll stay here for many years to come and see the development and area blossom

Property management is pretty rubbish. They don’t do a lot and increase their costs substantially annually. Some people have considered moving out because not affordable anymore. Also had the option to signup to the gym for £600pa upfront which was good until they decided to close the pool and sauna a month later.

Good transport links with Wandsworth town and putney not far Lots of pubs and bars within 10 min walk which are all pretty popping

That the after sales team are useless. They will avoid assisting in anyway and often try deny fault.

Very good view from balcony which overlooks the thames

Design is good and mostly good quality but the floor and the floor is not good enough and get scratches very very easily. Windows have problems and sometimes they do allow water to leak. Management for building and property are hard to get in touch and they do not do nearly enough to justify the very elevated service charge. The vestibule is basically empty and the cleaning is not sufficient. The repairs are not make to last.

The open spaces and good but the grocery shops are very limited. Streets feel save but we had episodes of anti social behaviour. Transport links are OK but street parking is not enough

The service charge was going to almost triple in two years. The is too hot

Nicely designed area, mostly very quiet and nice river walk way. There’s multiple gyms and swimming pools you can subscribe to for a reasonable price. Design of the flats are nice and come with big balconies overlooking river. Lots of garden/ green spaces

Old York road, Putney highstreet, southside and the river all in walking distance. Wandsworth town station and East Putney are convenient.

Nothing comes to mind, I suppose asking about the storage/ bike

The balcony with views of river, decent size enough for table

The design is pretty good. Some of the buildings are fine typical modern design but some ate ghastly. Blue cladding. Looks hideous but overall its standard typical London new development design. Gym shops and proximity to the park. We dont have a concierge in our bulding and management fees are extortionate. We frequently have to complain about cleanliness and repairs. Overall its pretty good. Id say 7/10. Beautiful place to live though.

The good parts of Waterway are the location near Put ey and Wandsworth Town. Wandsworth Park and right on the river. There are no main roads so its quiet. There is some antisocial behaviour but not massive. Its worrying to see masked youths breaking into vehicin broad daylight with no fear of Police.

I wish I knew more about the lack of policing and such.

What is the best feature of your home:

The views over Fulham roverside are fantastic. The quiet is amazing for London.
