The designs are pleasing on the eye, 3 & 4 bed houses could do with and en suite as well as a family bathroom, the building maintenance that we have received is mostly good but we are still waiting for an electrician and we have been here 6 months and we have only seen someone cutting the grass once maybe twice, the communal areas need attention.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The road noise is loud and there are speeding vehicles every day on the main road. There is a convenient local shop, the pub is very nice and the open space is great to have.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

How noisy the main road is and some of the traffic travels too fast and over the speed limit.

What is the best feature of your home:

It’s light and bright, big windows that open wide.

The design and layout of the houses is really good. There have been a few teething issues with the houses with things such as the front and back doors being difficult to open and close but no other issues with any part of the house. The gardens are a good size.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Very quiet. Nice little local shop. No issues with parking. Had issues getting deliveries to start with.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

There was an issue with the planning application from the begining with took a long time to sort out.

What is the best feature of your home:

Good size for a two bedroom house, two double size bedrooms with enough space for extra furniture in them
