The building is very well planed out and has great space. Inside is very modern but also provides a neutral overall look this allows you to pick your individual colour scheme and designs. The building I well managed with cleaners regularly visiting to maintain the communal areas. Gardens also visit regularly to maintain the communal areas.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Lovely place to live so quite and local to a lot of idyllic spots. Great access to local town centre both Godalming and Guildford. And regular public transport with a train station within 10mins. Parking on site is great, have allocated parking and visitors parking. Great place to walk your dog with loads of open fields.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Any issues raised have been delt with in an adequate time.

The difficulties with setting up with our water supplier.
