Seven years of broken lifts, broken heating, broken hot water, broken interior decor, broken lighting, broken car park access, broken locks to buildings. It goes on and on and on. Nothing ever gets done and you get charged a fortune. These people should basically be had up in court

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Useful functional area in which to live. Good access to tube and buses. To local supermarkets. No social amenities or Cafes

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Warm words but nothing gets done - ever. A bunch of nice people are employed to answer the phones and soothe you after making a complaint for the 50,000 time

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

That they are pathological liars. Possibly they just hate people-who knows

Manager response

Hello Alex, Thank you for your honest feedback. Whilst we are pleased to hear you are happy with the quality and location of your new home, it is disappointing to hear your feedback about the management of the building, which is provided by the Housing Association. Because of this, I am afraid that we cannot comment on the situation as we have no visibility of any customer information once the development is handed over. Thank you again for your valuable feedback. Many thanks, Hill Customer Service

The development is pretty good - acceptable design and a good exterior interface. However this is let down very badly by very, very atrocious management by Network homes. From producing incorrect accounts to failure to inform residents on important decisions and incompetent follow-up of complaints and extra long delays to resolve them. The list is endless.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The range of shops, bars can be way better. With the amount of new high rises that are springing up, this is a must.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The neighborhood facilities such as GP, dentist, bus crowding etc.

What is the best feature of your home:

Space and feel of the interior, + the design of the doorways.

Great on the outside, not so on the inside...

The overall look and feel to the outside has a luxurious feel. However, the development itself (i.e. the materials used, goods used, technical processes) has all been done to reduce the cost, so the quality has been compromised all the way. The service has been also appalling ; delayed responses to urgent queries, issues with balconies failing quality standards, and huge delays in producing annual statements. Overall the value is average mainly due to location

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Transport links are amazing - 3 mins to tube, 24 hour bus opposite the development etc. Supermarket right across the road and a great cansl parh to take a walk) cycle as well. Very pleasant feel and not too crowded

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

More insight on materials and infrastructure used such as for heating, broadband etc

8/10 value great experience with estate agent

A reviewer (Tenant)

Close to Piccadilly line and central line. 2 year old development. High security. Along the grand union canal. Construction being undertaken indefinitely. The gardens need some more upkeep and sometimes security doors break and have taken over 2 weeks for repairs. Value could be worth it if these problems were to be fixed.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Positives; Close to underground, along the canal, local shops nearby and supermarket. Negatives; lots of abandoned buildings and the streets need an upgrade

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Cost of living is too high. Rent is high enough along with council tax. Balcony now needs fixing
