Well designed development, great amenities like large shared garden, residents parking, communal roof terrace and bike storage. Property management improved significantly in past year or so - very responsive, residents listened and any issues resolved in reasonable time.

Excellent transport links for bus, tube, road and cycling. Permit free road parking available. Plenty of restaurants and a pub in walking distance. Huge aray of amenities in nearby Ealing and Wembley park, both a short bus ride away.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Building management are highly responsive and resolve all issues in reasonable time.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The area is undergoing a huge amount of redevelopment which has already enormously improved local amenities - I was unaware of the extent of this before I moved in.

Clean and tidy. Friendly staff when first moving in. Building is well finished. High spec appliances. Nice communal space. All issues were quickly responded to and rectified. I have enjoyed living here so far. It feels secure and safe especially living on your own

I would definitely say this about design and the Security system is fabulous. Property is well managed by building management. Facilities In building are good enough. Overall I will give 4.5 stars. I would say this that Property manager Jennifer and Aaron are very good in their prompt replies for any problem face by flat owners. There is always scope for better facilities in future. Good luck.

The Rise Alperton is 3 minutes walk to Alperton station + sainsburys and 10 minutes walk to Indian vegetable stores + Hangerlane station makes so convenient to travel. Basically travelling from development is very convenient even bus stop is just in front of building. Lots of free street parking after 18:30 Good Locality etc

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes Property manager Jennifer is excellent in her service and replies to the problems raised on same day or Latest by next day.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

None but still recommend the gym in the building which could help the people to stay fit.

Design of the building is nice, but could also do with a bigger communal garden with more greenery and plants, or a roof top terrace communal garden. Would also be nice for all residents to have a parking slot. Communal corridors have a good design but could be cleaned more.

Bad aspects are: not everyone has a parking space Very few restaurants in the area Other flats built very close, so not enough view of the natural environment. Balcony’s could be a bit bigger. Good aspects: Sainsburys is close Tube station is close

Wish I had looked at every detail of the inside of the flat, as there were some mistakes

Please share one thing (or more) which you would change about your development:

be built in a better area, have a bigger communal garden or a roof top garden, be built not next to other flats so can have a good view of the environment

Great look and feel and well maintained. Building could be slightly better maintained with regular window cleaners as Ive been in the flat a year and half and no windows to the flat that are reachable have been professionally cleaned.

Great transport links to central london with both central line and piccadilly line near by
