The Robinson is perfect for those looking for something different. Bold and alternative, its interiors are inspired by British popular culture and have an eclectic style – contemporary, mid-century, art deco and retro kitsch. The Robinson is Quintain Living's ninth Build to Rent development in Wembley Park. It's arranged across three blocks making up 458 homes from studio to four bedroom apartments. Furthermore, The Robinson's design considers sharers, with some of the four bedroom apartments fitted with four separate bathrooms. Social spaces include the fantastic Festival Gardens, the resident lounge (ideal for working from home) and three stunning roof terraces.

Great Experience Living in the Robinson

The Robinson’s design smartly balanced modern apartment with interiors inspired by brutalist architecture. Also, it is easy to go to central London. Anyone new here can go to IKEA in only 10mins with cars or buses to decorate their new home. More importantly, it's pet friendly.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The area in which Wembley Park has a good vibe of living and entertainment. It’s convenient with a complete traffic system, and the markets and restaurants include BOX Park.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Real quick and patient. The parcel pick-up system is easy and safe. The public is clean and tight.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I was well prepared, and the website was clear enough for me. I know all information I need.

Experiencing an Extremely Disappointing Life in Robinson

The appliances in Robinson are truly terrible! Ever since I moved in, the induction hob, fridge, washing machine, and dishwasher have all broken down at least once. It took a whole month to fix the induction hob. The fridge has needed repairs four or five times, and to this day, it still doesn't work properly. Ice cream can't even freeze properly in the fridge! The dishwasher hasn't been fixed in over two months! If you enjoy cooking, this will make your life exceptionally frustrating! In addition, Quintain Living has specified in the contract that you won't get any compensation for appliance breakdowns, which could potentially increase your living costs.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

I strongly advise against moving to Robinson: Firstly, it's inconvenient in terms of transportation. It's quite a distance from the nearest subway station. A walk to Wembley Park Station from Robinson can take over ten minutes. Moreover, the Metropolitan Line is often late and unreliable, with frequent delays. If you're working or studying in downtown London, you'll need to leave home at least an hour early. Your daily commute could easily add up to 1.5-2 hours. Secondly, the convenience of daily living isn't great either. Even though Wembley Park has several supermarkets, things can become challenging when there's a game or concert at the Wembley Stadium. These events can make it extremely difficult to go grocery shopping.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Property management never shows any concern for the disruptions caused by appliance malfunctions in my life. I've sent them numerous emails regarding this issue, but have yet to receive a response.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

If you can tolerate frequent appliance breakdowns, then Robinson could be a decent choice for you.

Nice but not worth the money

Very rude and unhelpful staff, hidden fees i.e. you pay for communal spaces which were initially advised as free! When I moved in they promised the gym would be finished in 3 months, it too a whole year instead, no fees were reduced from my rent during this period.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Lovely area in general, feel safe walking home at night. but massive lack of bars or nice restaurants. Lots of dog poo everywhere.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Very slow and careless, also extremely overpriced!

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

How badly they treat tenants, and the hidden fees that aren't shared before you move in, they also change fees to things om a whim

Lovely place to rent at with all the amenities you need in a well-located area.

It’s a very well-laid out apartment with smart appliances and well laid out rooms. The interior design is also well-planned for ideal space management for a family to live in or for a for friends to live in. We also have access to multiple communal spaces to work in, relax in and even invite friends and family over.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

It’s a great area to live in with all the necessary stores and restaurants in walking distance and it’s unbelievably well-connected to central london

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The concierge is very responsive and their response to maintenance requests is almost instant.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The lack of a microwave was something we missed out on but apart from that we got exactly what we were told.

The interior of the buildings are really nice and modern . Love all the aspects of it. If the balcony door had a stopped it would be really nice durian the summers ! The washing machine is of top quality which is just amazing for all the clothes i was going to send outside to wash!

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The best part about staying in robinson is that you can hear all the event’s going on in Wembley Stadium which is a boon and a ban both but its fun ! The grocery stores is a little far but the society itself is very pretty which makes up for it

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They have been super quick and helpful regarding all the issues i have approached

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

If i knew that there would be less furnitures in the room aka the cupboard , I would have ordered something before hand so it would make the move in easier
