Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

I love the fact that we’re not in the city centre, we’re surrounded by fields and trees, it’s very peaceful and quiet

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Always sorted everything in time . Never had any issues with them

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Consul houses opposite the street one bad thing that wasn’t mentioned before we moved in

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Close to big Asda and I really love the fact that it is quiet and that the woods are nearby. Not far from the country park either. The river is nearby which is also nice. Parking is fine but it would be nice if the spaces outside the houses were bigger. Bin collections fine traffic noise excellent as it is minimal and no bad behaviour.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Pretty well, usually quite fast replies and sorting out. Bit annoying when contractors show up without getting in touch first but that’s not your fault. Sometimes things need to be chased but for the most part very good.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Parking spots size as cars are big and spots are small and bedroom size for beds and furniture is tight

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Bad thing is parkings, they are small, if we have 2 cars parked and if our neighbour would park 2 there is no chance of getting out. then we have to park somewhere else. Good - no traffic noise

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

we have a problem since moving in which was in august, no hot water in main bath, its the end of October, and we are still waiting for any news about the repair.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I knew everything beforre I moved in, as I use to live of one of these houses 1 year ago.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

2 parking spaces, regular bin collections, very little traffic noise, on the edge of town, surrounded by fields and woods, lovely, quiet area ideal for long walks

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Building management have dealt with problems professionally.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The parking spaces a little small if you have a big car and they are made up of loose stones which is annoying as they go everywhere. Ideally, they should have used tarmac like the rest of the road when building.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Really good location, shops within walking distance and bus stops in walking distance. Town is within walking distance also but you can also catch a bus to the center within 5 minutes. Plenty of bars and pubs near by and lots of parks for children to enjoy in a few locations a couple of minutes walk from the estate. Parking is very good and the location is quiet and private. Very good!

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They have responded well, always quick to answer any questions if we’ve had any and if repairs are needed they keep us updated on where they’re at with getting someone to us.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Wish I had known how cold wooden floor gets in the winter.
