A nice place to live

Open spaces are excellent – good use of space with outdoor gym and play areas for children. Walking distance to amenities in the village. Good road and rail links from Sileby make it attractive place to live and commute from. Most roads have adequate off road parking in the development and the overall road layout is well thought through. It’s a quiet location with the only passing traffic from residents. The downside is that on the way in the old farmhouse has not been sold/re-developed and is a bit of an eyesore, otherwise a good place to live.

Please review your development:

An appealing development with good build quality. Excellent and responsive post sales support. Impressed with the attention and maintenance of the landscaping and surrounding areas. Use of space in my property is well thought through, although my plans originally showed a back door into my car porch which was never installed.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Some of the social housing residents have been problematic. They have now left but did cause a few issues in the past year.

What is the best feature of your home:

Utilisation of space and low cost to run the house.

Happy customer at Grange View

There are not currently many amenities on the development but I am aware they will be coming at some point as there are many phases still to be built. The estate is generally quiet and well laid out, it is a very lovely place to live. Traffic around the area can be heavy at peak times (morning and afternoon commuting and school times)

Please review your development:

The development is well planned, with a good range of different house types throughout. The development is ongoing with many more phases to come along with more green spaces and hopefully local amenities. Once the roads are all open we’re hopeful that the traffic around the development will be eased a little at peak times.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

There isn’t anything that we would change, we’re incredibly happy with our home.

What is the best feature of your home:

We fell in love with the whole layout of the house, specifically the large kitchen and the “balcony” landing area.
