Perfect view. And good quality furniture. The garden space is also very beautiful. Always cleaned and no dogs allowed on grass area which is very beneficial because small kids can play freely without getting scared. Dog poo bags in the parking area which is a lot plus points

Very helpful staff. And a peace calm location to stay in.

Had a immediate meeting and discussed points and resolved matter as soon as possible.

Living in my development has been a mixed experience. The design of the buildings is modern and aesthetically pleasing. The facilities are impressive, including a gym and communal area, which are well-maintained and offer great spaces for relaxation and exercise. There are some issues with building maintenance but overall living environment is comfortable.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The range and quality of local shops and restaurants is good. There's a decent mix of chain stores and independent retailers, ensuring most needs are met within a short distance. Transport links are generally convenient, with reliable bus and train services in close vicinity.Bin collections are regular and efficient, but there have been occasional missed pickups.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They are usually quick to respond with some issues taking time to solve depending on the situations.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I have not faced any major issues as such to share with any new neighbours coming to this building.

The property is very designed and the USP is it being across the canal which gives a beautiful view. Building has a nice podium to spend some quality time and ample parking space. It is managed in a good way with all securities in place. The newly developed community area is best place to chill out or host small parties.

This development is located in the close vicinity of city centre and transportation. Evrything is easily accessible. Good parking spaces available however there are some anti social activities in the neighborhood development but not that serious.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

So far have not faced any major issues but while we shifted to this place, had some minor issues which were dealt with swiftly.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

There is no such thing which I feel I should have known before as I did all the checks before moving in.

Beautiful views and good quality flats

Nice design and the properties are practical. The views on the south side overlooking the gardens and river are beautiful. My furnished flat came with good quality practical pieces. The gym has the basic equipment and weights and is sufficient for most needs.

Very good location in terms of proximity to city centre and nearby amenities. Lovely nearby canal/river walks linking to larger parks. Parking availability is quite limited but convenient and safe if you are lucky enough to be allocated a space.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

When I had problems with the dishwasher these were swiftly acted on

Keep an eye out on the active building app- there are often announcements such as available parking spaces, resale of furniture, maintenance announcements which can be useful.

I am very happy with the design and facilities of the apartment building and the design of apartments themselves. Same goes for the property/building management who are eager to help when needed, keeping the outside and insides premises clean and tidy.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

It is very close to city centre and therefore everything is a short walk to everything you may need from restaurants and coffee shops to grocery stores and cinemas.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Just a month ago we had a drawer issue-they came to repair it not only the same day but the same hour I told them about it. Five stars service!

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Many of the residents have dogs and as a dog lover it is quite nice to be surrounded by them.
