A short distance from the railway station makes this an ideal place for those who commute to London, whilst a short walk into town gives you numerous venues for eateries and the local Asda. The site is also in walking distance of Junction 1 retail park. Onsite parking spaces are available to rent otherwise pot luck in local area.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Local shops include a Tesco and a couple of 24 hours shops near by. Nearest pub is the Seven Stars with has won the CAMBRA pub of the year 2024. On site bin and recycling in separate storage areas. Been here a year and just renewed and not seen any anti social behaviour, and only the normal traffic noise.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They have responded quickly and repaired items first time.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Parking is difficult if you don't get a rented spot

The only thing i really miss is a balcony or some private outside space but heyho, other than that nothing to say, its been a wonderful 9 months living here. Friendly and supportive staff on site, parcel collection 24/7 is a dream! I hope Rugby town will get a bit more vibrant as it's been quite dull in town centre with shops closing but all in all happy with my decision to move here from London.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Amenities and shops are nearby, excellent location near the train station. Very family and pet friendly, neighbours are lovely too.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

On site staff was super helpful with a few hiccups with my warm water in the beginning, unfortunately the contractors didn't have parts available for it but as I have a 2 bed 2 bath it wasn't the most terrible.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

No, everything is according to how it was described. The only thing I miss is having a doorbell or intercom system to let guests in.

Great Society at good location

Management should focus on getting parking facility for all the tenants. We have more apartments and very few parking spaces. Also kids play area can be introduced as the size of society is so big. Common play area should be cleaned regularly as I can see dead birds more frequently.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

There are quite decent restaurant which is commutable by walk. The street is quite busy and parking issue due to inadequate parking spaces.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Response of management is so agile and transparent

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

There is no single bad thing I had noticed in the society

Cosy Modern Apartment Right in the Heart of Finnieston

Ryan W. (Tenant)

Minerva Square, G3

Jul 2024

Sound proofing is better than expected, considering this is a new build. Garden areas are very nice and seem to be well maintained. Apartments are not massive but do make best use of the space. Views are excellent, even some apartments on the ground floor have nice views of key Glasgow landmarks. Building management appears to be fairly responsive to any issues, no complaints.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Excellent choice of good quality restaurants and bars that cater to a range of cliental. Easy access to train station, with regular services to Glasgow city centre and further a field. It can get busy at times which may not be for some residents but there always is a 'buzz' about the place. You can literally feel the train rumble by (which I love)

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Initial response has always been quick. Planning the works can sometimes take longer than hoped but appreciate that may happen from time to time based on the request.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Noise of motorway at different times of the day and the noise of the common corridors

Living in my development has been a mixed experience. The design of the buildings is modern and aesthetically pleasing. The facilities are impressive, including a gym and communal area, which are well-maintained and offer great spaces for relaxation and exercise. There are some issues with building maintenance but overall living environment is comfortable.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The range and quality of local shops and restaurants is good. There's a decent mix of chain stores and independent retailers, ensuring most needs are met within a short distance. Transport links are generally convenient, with reliable bus and train services in close vicinity.Bin collections are regular and efficient, but there have been occasional missed pickups.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They are usually quick to respond with some issues taking time to solve depending on the situations.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I have not faced any major issues as such to share with any new neighbours coming to this building.
