Beautiful flats - definitely recommend

Rosie B (Tenant)

Beautifully done. Everything works and is super nice to live in. Would deffo recommend. Very well kept and clean. The building management sort all problems as soon as they arise. And the housing managers are very responsive on text/phone/email. If you get locked out someone will be with you quickly.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Super quiet flats. Beautifully looked after. Would definitely recommend to a friend. No issues with appliances/heating or anything.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes, within a day or two. Very efficient. Considerate of being in my flat.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Don’t allow dogs in the green space outside. But other than that. It’s great.

Great flats, horrible location

Lovely apartments, cosy, clean, new furniture gives a luxurious feel. The only issue is the location of the building. The streets are busy, every weekend Theresa drunks screaming on the street due to a club being on the same street, the drunks urinate right at the entrance to the building, which seems to not be cleaned as there's always a smell and litter all around the entrances. There have been instances of drunks ripping off the door handles, etc. I have personally messaged the managers on the app, but nothing was done, which really bothered me after a drunk man broke into the building and I heard nothing back from management. Other than issues with drunks on the street, I absolutely love my apartment.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Good - close to transport links, beautiful apartments, convenient. Bad - near a club, always loud on the street

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Not really, when I reported a guy causing a massive disturbance and then breaking into our building, banging around the hallways, I got no response. This made me feel unsafe for weeks.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

How loud the street was and how badly the windows stopped the noise

A good living experience

The design of my studio is spacious, well designed. The quality of the furniture is too good and no complains at all. Any issues I had or any clarifications I needed, the property management helped me immediately and sorted things on time. The ventilation is amazing as my entire wall comes with a window and the lighting is good.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The place is in the centre of the city and the accessibility to any restaurants, bars, pubs, buses parking is very easy. Bin collection was prompt. The downfall is the traffic noise if you have your windows facing the Wellington Street but it depends person to person. I like to live in a lovely and noisy place so it doesn't make me feel lonely.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The building management was prompt and up to the mark

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I do not have thing to share as the property is up to my expectations.

Very modern and furniture is good quality. Decorated nicely and everything was clean when I arrived. Inventory was up to date. Quite block also despite being in city centre. Cannot hear any neighbours etc Gardens are nice a private and maintained

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Very helpful if I have any issues or questions. They always respond quickly and are always happy to help

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes on the same day. I have had a couple of issues with my post and they sorted this the same day

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Price of lock outs changes over time. This was due to an increase in lock out

Good Central apartment

I do wish it provided more facilities. The major one being either all round security or a reception access or even a code to give to parcels for being dropped off. I do feel that’s the biggest lacking. I wish they had those features implemented to make it little easier for residents

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The area is located quite centrally allowing you to access loads of shops and high street. It’s located in a way that you don’t really get the noise on weekends but are still able to access everything

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They are very quick to respond and have someone sent out

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Wish we knew how access and accepting the parcels would be a hassle
