Facilities in the building are excellent. Amenities like the gym are developing and rooms come with everything you really need. The look of the rooms is very nice too, with a very comfortable design. After 3 years living here, I have only needed to request minimal maintenance on the room.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Location is in Nottingham city centre. 5 mins from train station and a very short walk into town. Public transport etc is easily available but the building is far enough from everything in the city centre to avoid loud noise throughout the day.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Responses are always quick, though repairs themselves can take a while to be done.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Energy meters are not kept in the rooms. You will need to ask reception (after 5pm) for a meter reading each month

The Work from Home area and lounge area downstairs provide a comfy place for us to work and chill. The 24/7 gym access is ideal for us to get daily exercise. Staff are friendly and helpful -- not only for keeping parcels for us but also when we need medical assistance.

The apartment is conveniently located -- literally 5 minutes' walk from the train station. Perfect for commuters like me. Close to public transport and also walking distance to town. Easy to get to GP, grocery stores and dentist. Safe area to live -- going out early in the morning and coming back late at night is no problem at all.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

We once had issues with the exhaust fan and the building management settled that timely within a few days.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Off street parking downstairs of the apartment is quite cheap. This would be useful for me to know before I moved in.

Very good apartment for business or settling down

Quite new building and apartment, clean and simply design that suit for modern people. Clean and reasonable price for the parking. Gym room, escalator, common study room and platform garden area are included. With Wi-Fi and email system for help request and enquiry.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Very close to the city centre. Shops, restaurants, GP, library, train station, all of them could be reach within 10 -20mins walk. A bit noisy as the fire station and police station are near by.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Receptionist and Security guard could be contact very easily.

The parking lot may be full, reservations are recommended

I’m satisfied with the apartment, the clan, and the tidyness. Fully equipped with washing, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, sofa, table and chairs. It would be great if the tenant can choose which electricity provider and unable to install smart meter.

Good location that convenience and availability of transport links. A few minutes away from the train station.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

I appreciate it. No matter maintenance or submitting a car park slot, just be done within 24 hours. Nice

It would be better to get some instructions about how to register the utility service provider.

Good location and facility but gets very hot.

The parking availability is good, the front desk are friendly and helpful. The room is very hot however when the weather becomes slightly warm outside. The apartment is large and the views are great. Some of the carpeting around the complex is a bit dirty and stained.

It is close to the city centre although there isn't much too close by. There is a lot of traffic noise on my side of the building.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Thy fixed the sink in the same day I reported it broken , however they have brushed aside other suggestions.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

How hit the apartment gets. Having the window open near the road makes it hard to sleep. Also that you can't have BBQs/smoke on the balconies.
