All at the distance of 5 mins drive. You get the Tesco extra, Aldi, home bargains and good cafés around the corners

Mr Joseph from Citra was with for anything and everything regarding the moving and other paper works which made the entire process of moving house so easy and comfortable. Cheers team Citra. Thxxxx

Good for living and secure.parking gate can’t be accessed with given key. there should be improvements related to car parking.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

they are very responsive and solve problems quickly

Parking can be difficult sometimes as spaces get taken and during the week a solicitors near by have some of the spots and leave notes on cars parked there even if you live in the building

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

It took me 10 months to get a resolution to a complaint I had raised and there’s no store for the estate agent near by they are only based in Manchester

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Not being able to talk go property management face to face as they are based in Manchester and never come to the property and they don’t notify you when people are coming for viewings they just come in

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

We really like the area, this was one of the main reasons we chose this development. We are in a quiet location but not far from Clay Cross or Alfreton where there are shops. It is very quiet and relaxing.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

If we had known all the problems all the other buyers had experienced we might not had bought the house.

What is the best feature of your home:

We love the location of the development and especially the location of our house and the view. I really like the large kitchen space.
