I love living in this house and it’s an amazing place. I can’t see any downsides of it and I live close to my family

I can’t remember of one thing

What is the best feature of your home:

Sunset view. Location. Sun position, close to the Center of the village but not to close so it’s to busy

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The quality of the shops are alright , I love how it’s quiet , living on my street is amazing because there’s parking spaces and there isn’t that much of traffic noise .

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I would share that it’s very good but there aren’t many shops close by but there is shops like 15min walk .

What is the best feature of your home:

The back garden because its a useful space for kids to play around and have a nice time to relax.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Crowland is a lovely small town, It’s developing and growing very quickly. The one down side is the local shops won’t be able to cope with such growth, I’m sure it’s only a matter of time until we see a supermarket appear. Our street is spacious, quite and once finished will have some nice green area’s.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

How long the development was going to take. The final landscaping still hasn’t been finished, but they have stared 2/3 more sites in the area.

What is the best feature of your home:

Space in and around our house. Rooms are big compared to some new builds.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

A lovely little estate. Very peaceful and within 10 minutes walk of Crowland with its shops, cafes, doctors and post office. The house is fairly standard build with a good sized garden. My only criticism would be the lack of storage space but that’s minor. Also there is a frequent bus service to Peterborough and Spalding which again is only minutes away.

South Holland don’t provide wheelie bins for your rubbish. Collections of the free rubbish bags are weekly though which is good.

What is the best feature of your home:

I liked the choice of styles and colours I could specify with the property.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

the area is nice and quiet with a real community atmosphere and good local amenities ,shops. schools etc ,i have not used public transport but i understand their is a good bus route that operates to surrounding towns and cities , the parking can be somewhat limited outside of your own driveway etc

visitor car parking very limited

The small town location gives a real impression of community spirit
