Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

We love living in Kirton. We have four local food shops, a very good pub, lots of takeaway options, a new and beautiful hotel/cafe, charity shop, a lovely flower shop, a cake shop where you can get the best of the best homemade bakes, hairdressers and beauty salons. There are many dog walking spots which is a bonus. In the village parking is easy to come by.

We have nothing to say and we are very happy with everything.

What is the best feature of your home:

We love the cladding on our home and the shape of the property.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Lots of good shops, lots of takeaway options, has a gym, nice village atmosphere with a good pub and leisure centre.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The build would take 5 years and I would be living opposite the site entrance for the duration. I was told the build finished at the end of 2021 (not just phase 1) and was told the site entrance/location would move along with the build if it was delayed. I now have to live with plant machinery driving back and forth past my house at 7am on weekends, which isn’t ideal. I also think side-door to the garage should be an optional extra at build stage.

What is the best feature of your home:

Sizeable living room. This makes a huge difference to the feel of the property.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The good thing about living in this area is the amenities here, the shops the school, the church and the parks! The downside of the parking for visitors on the estate

Building behind the house would of changed if we had brought or not

What is the best feature of your home:

The house in general, the garden, having the added feature of the utility

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

My family are living in woodland road , its quiet family friendly street. Can't wait until playground will be done. Out of street there is one step store and on other side pub. Town center is close as well in comfortable walking range .

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I didn't like that parking is behind the house and garden . Its not comfortable as our parking doors opens to someone else parking.

What is the best feature of your home:

When its sunny its really light inside the house. Also warm.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Kirton is a nice quiet village, my partner and I love living here. our estate is very quiet. The only downside is the available parking.

We wish we had known about the development being built behind the house , we was not informed about this , not that it would have changed our decision.

What is the best feature of your home:

The master bedroom is a very good size. Everything feels open which we really like.
