Disappointed

The development is nice and good neighbourhoods. The only thing that I’m disappointed with is the building management and the communication. The service charge is very expensive as well as the rent but you don’t get the services that you pay that amount for. We always have problems with the outside door that it doesn’t lock which means anyone can get access to the building each time I raise it they fixe it but will have same problem after couple of days. As per service charge bill, we pay for window cleaning but since I moved in here never had my windows cleaned. When I called in to raise it I didn’t hear anything until I chased it few times then I received and nail from a building management telling me that the window cleaning is for communal windows then I replied to him that we don’t have any communal windows so we shouldn’t pay for it as we don’t have communal windows but unfortunately never got an answer back even after few chase up. Lately I saw a black damped wall of the meters’ cupboard with bad smell and there are bubbles in the that wall. We don’t have keys for those meters cupboards so I couldn’t check what’s the problem. So I called and raised it didn’t hear anything and no one came in after few weeks and nue the smell of the dampness is so bad do I called back and I was told that the first job was cancelled and now another one is booked for 25/05/22 and today is 16/05/22 I said that is nit good enough as the smell is bad and must be something serious going on inside that cupboard that makes dumbness and paint bubbles in that wall which needs to be checked asap knowing that that wall is opposite mine and I said that I want to complain and I was advised to do it online. This is why I’m giving negative feedback to the building management.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Thé area is very goo, close to central London and we have a train station near by. There are a lot of shops so you don’t need to go far to get what you need. Good schools around the area as well as gym.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Not great no communication and you need to chase everything you raise

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

How do they deal with raise issues and how they respond to any matter
