Leafy area, easy to get out of London

Buildings look modern, clean and well fitted, however they do suffer from something common amongst new builds in that they are a bit narrow Its a bit awkward to access tube until direct path added, currently you have to take a big loop There are lots of little parks for kids Great view over city from top of hill

Good: Fast internet, leafy area, easy to get to M1 Bad: Tube is quite irregular

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Have not had to use building management yet so can't comment

Mill Hill East tube is a bit irregular (every 15 min)

The development on the whole is very nice. The maintenance is quite good but at times the grass can be overgrown. The management are efficient and Millbrook park really is a lovely place to live. It is safe, quiet and takes you out of the hustle and bustle of London life.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

We like the playgrounds and the area in general. There are lots of places to walk nearby and it’s quiet. Dislikes the lack of amenities on site at the moment.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

That the early morning train would be so busy and it would take so long to get amenities here.

Please share one thing (or more) which you would change about your development:

Better visitor parking in the area as this can be tricky at times.

Magnificent Millbrook Park

Millbrook park is simply a wonderful area to live in; there are endless walks nearby and even walking around the area is scenic enough sometimes. There are lovely playgrounds on site and enjoyable spaces for families. Despite the lack of amenities at the moment, I don't believe that this would prevent me wanting to move here. Mainstay are reliable and the grounds are maintained very well on the whole. It's a pleasure to live here!

Millbrook Park is such a wonderful area to live in; the greenery is beautiful. It is peaceful and there is a real neighbourhood feel. Likes- the greenery, space, walks, transport links Dislikes- lack of parking, constant building work, lack of amenities so far but this will change.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

That the building works would have been so noisy at times.

What is the best feature of your home:

My lounge; we get lots of sunlight and it's a nice size.

The building and property is maintained well. Mainstay are contactable and will try to rectify any problems. It is a nice area to walk round and overall the communal areas always look well-kept. Neighbours are friendly and there is a community feel here.

Likes- - it is quiet and there is green space. Close to local amenities and near lovely walks Dislikes - there could be more frequent trains from MHE station. Some of the communal charges seem high.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Mainstay are reliable and can be contacted. They usually respond quickly. Matt Knight is excellent!

That parking is a bit of a problem for visitors- you find a way round it though,

The apartment is really nice. It’s very spacious for a 2 bed. The porter is really nice and friendly. The Building management and maintenance is pretty rubbish. All the greenery around the Lindon Park development is overgrown and unkept which isn’t ideal. the development and area is really safe and quiet though. They have recently installed lamp posts which is a nice addition. They are building shops in 2 years which will be good. The nicest thing for me is the panoramic park (newly built).

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

I really like all the greenery. I dislike the parking situation - its really hard to park and there are not many visitor spots. There are too many double yellow lines - so much better to have hours instead as it makes it hard to have people round.

Parking was going to be such a nightmare
