I’d say the location of this development is its main selling point. Apart from that, its just decent and too expensive.

Please review your development:

I’m renting via L&Q and our building is in good condition. There are handymen on site weekly dealing with cleaning and rubbish disposal but there is no on site management team for all 3 buildings that L&Q owns and manages. Facilities are not available for private renters.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Great location, expensive rent, mediocre management.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

I guess like any other development, property managers just could not be bothered to do their jobs properly.

Nice area with great people

Review Date Aug 2024

Very good area with so much potential, close to everything one needs from socializing to shopping and recreation.

Please review your development:

Building quality isn’t the greatest, regular problems of molding and mini leaks. Property management answers calls but takes a very long time to facilitate an actual person to turn up and fix even the smallest repair works. L&Q definitely needs improvement on that.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

neighbours are great and have a strong community helping one anoter

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

property management is the one i would change as they’re not great

Great place but not very safe

Considering the overall aspects of living, I can say the convenience the location provides is top and worth the price.

Please review your development:

The building in itself is decent, its still semi new and maintained to a good degree. The only drawback I can say is that the building’s security is compromised as there are too many instances where robbers break in to steal packages on different occasions.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Building is targeted by parcel thieves every now and then

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Landlord is okay i guess but we normally report to an outsourced estate management
