Good design and property management quick to address issues in flat. Flat is spacious and balcony is nice. Wheelchair accessible and nice outdoor spaces. Would’ve liked bigger windows and access to the gym. Well looked after and maintained. Access to security 24/7.

Great location. Affordable and good facilities. One negative is that I as a key worker have no access to the gym. Good transport links but unfortunately parking is only available for people with shared ownership.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes and the reporting process is quite easy and straightforward

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

That I didn’t have access to the gym and the parking spaces.

The design of the apartments are very well presented and very spacious. The layout of the development is nice. I would like to be able to have access to the gym facilities. And most of the concierge staff are very polite and helpful. It is a good location and accessible to public transport which is essential.

Great development, very well designed and a great location for shopping, food and leisure. Only negatives are we have no parking space and no access to use the gym.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They have been helpful but there are still some issues with our apartment we are waiting to hear back on
