Life is good at Apo Kew Bridge

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Transport options are fantastic. An approximately 30s walk to Kew Bridge station can get you to Waterloo in 20-25 minutes. The bus stop is also right outside the building and can get you to Richmond, Chiswick, Hammersmith all within 10-15 mins. There are a number of food options also within a short walk, be it Sainsbury's Local, takeaway options and more traditional restaurants.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes, the team were very attentive and getting any issues resolved in a very short space of time.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I would say mainly make the most of the shared facilities, particularly if you work from home. I always felt better when I worked from the coworking space, rather than stuck in my apartment day after day.

Homely in Kew Bridge

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Location is superb. It’s right next to the station but we don’t get noise from the train. I love that it’s on the river and dog friendly, there’s so many places to walk the dogs and the community is so lovely. There’s local shops for groceries, beauty and every sushi less than a 2 minute walk away. I can also get the bus really easily to get to the district line or Ealing Broadways Elizabeth and central line. I feel safe walking my dogs at night here.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Very quickly. The handyman is there everyday and quick for repairs.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

There’s so many lovely coffee shops and pubs within walking distance. It’s easy to spend money on a dog walk.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Good distance from central london, easy to get to aiport. Not too good for underground, but gunnersbury is not too far to walk. Restaurants in chiswick are good and a short walk away

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes, often when water cuts off, its back and running within a few hours

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Nothing, all fantastic. Happy with where i have picked to live

Avoid this place

Tenant (Tenant)

Oct 2024

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Living in this building is a nightmare. The tenants are reckless and show no respect for each other. People openly smoke weed, then throw burning cigarette butts onto other balconies, putting everyone at risk of a fire. Trash and glass bottles are regularly tossed from windows, and the atmosphere is tense and dangerous. Just recently, two men with knives were arrested inside the building. It’s a hostile, filthy, and unsafe environment. I strongly advise avoiding this place if you value your safety or peace of mind.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The building management has been completely unresponsive to any issues raised. Despite multiple complaints about serious safety concerns, such as tenants breaking laws and creating dangerous conditions, no action has been taken to address the problems. Communication is nonexistent, leaving tenants to deal with these issues on their own.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I had known how unsafe and poorly managed the building is. Tenants frequently break rules, such as throwing cigarette butts and trash off balconies, with no response from management. There’s also been violent incidents, and the lack of security is alarming. These issues are not apparent during a typical viewing but make living here very stressful and dangerous.

Kew is a great area to live in. I feel safe living here and love having kew bridge station and Gunnersbury park so close by

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

really well. the host team have always been responsive and have resolved any issues raised within a timely manner

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Game days and parking! not a biggie and won’t affect all, but we have a parking space and it means that we have to keep in mind the game days. But I wouldn’t say this is bad, just something to note
