Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Great location, close to A1 (traffic noise is not intrusive, you only hear it if you stop and listen for it) and Grantham town. Tesco Express closest shop on Barrowby Gate within walking distance, Miller & Carter is closest restaurant again within walking distance. Accessibility turning right out of the main estate can be a pain especially at peak times with traffic flowing in both directions on A52. Found the estate to be very sociable, parking is ok, although some park in the roads this doesn’t cause too much issue.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Consider the main road entrance and timing of when you may be in and out on a morning, there’s only one way in and out and as the estate fills up more it will become more of a pain.

What is the best feature of your home:

For me the location is the best feature close to school, work and local amenities.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

My husband and I moved to the area in June 2021. We are enjoying living in the area. The estate is lovely, quiet and everyone is friendly and very helpful. We love the convenience of not being directly in town but being just a short drive away from near by shops and restaurants.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Be prepared for delays when moving and get a professional snagging company in as soon as possible.

What is the best feature of your home:

The kitchen. We love the natural light that enters the kitchen through the skylight windows and patio doors. The appliances which were part of the buy are perfect and add a real modern and fresh look to our beautiful home.

Local area is just like any normal town. Shopping is average but it is only a short drive to two cities. A1 access is good from the development.

I feel like I knew everything that I needed to, there were no surprises once we completed.

What is the best feature of your home:

The kitchen is the stand out part of the house. It’s the reason we bought a countryside home.

Great transport links and easy to get to shops nearby

More in depth guides on how to manage the heating system and some extra help maintain the cleanliness of the windows would be appreciated as the dirt from the build site is really bad.

What is the best feature of your home:

Skylight features in kitchen/open plan kitchen is a great bonus.

At the moment the only bad thing I can think of is the very busy road which makes crossing to school horrendous

Good thing is where our plot is.

Design itself and garden.Bay window is beautiful too
