The design of these new build are spacious and the whole area has changed for the good. Yes they are still 2 up 2 downs, but you cannot knock the designs. Lovely big windows, that let in tremendous daylight. 3 toilets, 1 downstairs and two up. Which us a help, so your neither running up and down the stairs. And also a drive way so less cars parked on the streets. The only problem I and others seem to have is that in heavy rain storms the bottom off the gardens seem to become waterlogged.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

After living in the old houses in this area, the whole area has changed for the better, with new decent houses being built. Easy to get to bus routes. A now with Tesco now on the doorstep its great. Still some wasteland to be filled, but its become a lovely place to live now.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I have no problem with the area at all.

Large rooms making it easy to decorate. No major ‘snags’ with the building of the property. Doors and windows make it feel extra secure. Houses are well spaced out on the development. Great parking on drive way and on the road. Some issues with garden - mainly turf flooding in winter. Our garage also is part way in our neighbours garden which causes slight issue when we would like to extend.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Amazing location close to all local amenities both small business shops and larger supermarkets. Close to transport links and town centre making commute to work easier. Great local schools and parks for children. Small green area built for development is ok but used by wider community for walking their dogs - not great for families who wish for their kids to play on the park area as the dogs foul and sometimes feels unsafe with dogs running.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Issues raised dealt with in a timely manner. All issues where dealt with and someone always came to look.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Look at the layout of the property if you wish to extend.

House design and area is ideal for families. The garden size good and manageable. Think a nicer front door could have been used, Thea ones fitted are black and common. The light bulbs used are bespoke and made by a specialist company, they don’t seem to last very king and cost more than the more light bulb. We replaced our fittings to remove this problem.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Great location to parks and Supermarket

Please share one thing (or more) which you would change about your development:

Size of the box bedroom and a couple of irregular spaces behind doors could have been bigger. Can’t seem to find Furniture to fit these spaces

Great design of the house. Great size garden. Like the fact it's a life time home. Great location. Not too quiet or too loud. Close to everything I need with transport so not too close to shops or city centre
