Avoid at all costs! Was a really nice building to live in until they sold to Dream Apartments and made it into a hotel. Loud from all directions (left, right, above) every single night with parties, reception of dream apartments don’t even care or do anything. During lockdown & hotels weren’t allowed to open for leisure, they still did and some how got away with it, which attracted more parties. Middle of a pandemic and they have anyone & everyone walking around the place, no masks enforced and no cleaning at all! Covid central! Lifts would never work, and when they did you’d be waiting at least 15 minutes for it as the dream apartments take over them on every floor. Bin room absolutely stinks. Rude staff. They let anyone & everyone into the building, I once got followed to my apartment door by a stranger - luckily my partner was in there. Whole building flooded and was evacuated for 2 weeks over Christmas with no where to stay and didn’t even get money towards any of it. Once we came back they had to rip out the carpet due to damp, but still haven’t replaced it months later and is still sticky due to the carpet glue. Rooms are actually nice, however the washing machine is terrible and doesn’t even clean anything. The boiler is SO expensive and water is still never hot. You’d be lucky to get a 2 minute warm shower! Only broadband available to buy is the one already installed in the room and it’s £40 per month, absolute rip off. There are so many nicer apartments & buildings around the city that are cheaper, more quality, nicer staff and quieter!

The building is finishing the last stages of construction in the first couple of floors and in parts of the entrance. This does not impact negatively in the slightest as it is almost complete. Building management on site most of the time and a short email away. The design of the apartments is very modern and minimalistic in the best way.
