The overall design of the buildings must appeal to people as very many people have lived here for some years. The design of the individual flats is very varied. Some have too much glass for my taste and bedroom sizes can be disappointing, probably due to the fact that prior to 1997 the buildings were offices. I love the swimming pool which is a good size and extremely clean. The staff are very friendly and helpful, and the Management Company which has been in place for about a year is efficient and in control. Also since they have been in charge the litter collection is vey orderly and the site kept swept and clean.

Nobody has cared for this building in a long time it survives on its location and people that have to pay high rentals to repay someone else’s mortgage - if you can afford it don’t live her as you’ll never get time or comfort in your own home. If you are looking for a place to party when you are home - this is it.

You will spend an absolute fortune heating these properties. The noise from the road is excruciating and at night people can tend to congregate in the courtyard and make noise as well. If you are unlucky enough to have a property that is close to the lift shaft then you will hear the ancient lifts creaking and groaning all night
