The overall design of the buildings must appeal to people as very many people have lived here for some years. The design of the individual flats is very varied. Some have too much glass for my taste and bedroom sizes can be disappointing, probably due to the fact that prior to 1997 the buildings were offices. I love the swimming pool which is a good size and extremely clean. The staff are very friendly and helpful, and the Management Company which has been in place for about a year is efficient and in control. Also since they have been in charge the litter collection is vey orderly and the site kept swept and clean.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

I have owned a flat here since the year 2000. I now live here full time myself. I have never experienced mould and builders and plumbers have said that in their experience mould is very often due to the lifestyle of the occupants. I am extremely happy here and enjoy all the facilities, including the swimming pool, gardens, gated community and ample parking. The neighbours in my experience have always been extremely courteous and helpful. I have never experienced anti-social behaviour here. Although my flat overlooks the railway I certainly do not have a problem with noise.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I had known it was going to take twenty years for all this to happen, back in the year 2000.

What is the best feature of your home:

The fantastic transport connections, being able to walk to the South Bank of the river, the little parks dotted around, the facilities on site, the security of the building, the 24 hour concierge, plenty of shops and eating places, and the feeling that the area is all the time improving for the better.

If you are looking for a place to party when you are home - this is it.

Nobody has cared for this building in a long time it survives on its location and people that have to pay high rentals to repay someone else’s mortgage - if you can afford it don’t live her as you’ll never get time or comfort in your own home. If you are looking for a place to party when you are home - this is it.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Location great. But everything else poor. Apartments have poor ventilation so you end up with mould everywhere and freezing cold. Loads of visitors on-site that don’t live here visiting resident for gay “parties” found someone passed out in the hallway with no underwear on unconscious. Swimming pool and gym frequently unavailable due to maintenance issues.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

How bad the mould and damp is - ruins everything! Clothes, bedding etc

Please share one thing (or more) which you would change about your development:

Overhaul needed and apartments need to be brought back to standard

Paper thin walls and floors.

You will spend an absolute fortune heating these properties. The noise from the road is excruciating and at night people can tend to congregate in the courtyard and make noise as well. If you are unlucky enough to have a property that is close to the lift shaft then you will hear the ancient lifts creaking and groaning all night

paper thin walls & floors so the cold in winter come straight through you in winter.
