It's not physically possible to get in contact with LQ Homes in ANY way, they never ever pick up the phone and ignore all emails. Utterly useless in every respect. Avoid like the plague!

It's okay, same as anywhere in London. Yes it has shops.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They completely ignore all attempts at contact completely.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I would never have anything to do with LQ Homes because they are useless.

The building is Morden with modern facilities. My apartment came furnished so was a plus, furnishings are contemporary and chic. Lots of hotels for my overseas guest and it’s at close proximity to my office. Great restaurants with variety of meals to pick from. The best part is the panoramic views .

Location is at the heart of the wharf. Fresh air. Lovely shopping mall close by. Good transport links to the City.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Management is very helpful and responsive. Always ready to help.

Fridays could be busy especially if one wants to relax at home.

Very quite and nice building, excellent design we only moved in last week but have lived in the local area for many years so knew what it was like and wanted the extra space so decided to rent here!!!

Just moved here in march to this brand new property, really nice to live here very close to transport links very quiet and safe environment to bring up children. The building has excellent insulation and really nice design.
